Curv Sports Network
About Us

The Butz and Butz Sports Radio Show had it’s foundation built in the late 70’s and early 80’s in Laurel Springs, New Jersey. Two brothers, Jim and Eric Butz would play sports, watch sports, and talk about sports. From Tee-ball to B-ball, from the 1980 Phils to the ’83 Sixers, from Mike Schmidt to Bobby Clark, to Dr. J. on down the line- everything they did had its roots in sports.

That brings us to 2008. The Butz boys have a lot in common still. They have both moved to Franklin Twp., Eric in 2002 and Jim in 2005. They are both committed family men, Eric with his son Nick and his wife Stacie, Jim with his daughters Lexi, Taylor, and Kylie and his wife Jennie. Last but not least-finally after many conversations and daydreams- The Butz Boys have their own sports talk radio show.

On Sunday nights at 7:30 you can tune in to hear some great sports debates from guys who grew up here, who know the pain of 25 losing seasons. They feel the tears start to come when they close their eyes and see Joe Carter jumping up and down celebrating his homerun. They feel that sick feeling deep down when they visualize Bryce Paup rolling into Randall’s knee and ruining our season. They’ve seen the Fog Bowl. They’ve watched George Lynch miss the open 3 to even the series at 1-1. They’ve felt all the pain and shared some of the glory over the last 35 years of sports in the Philadelphia region. They invite you to tune in and listen or call in and share your stories, every Sunday night!!!

Tune-In and listen to the Butz and Butz Radio show on ESPN 97.3 every Wednesday from 7-9 P.M.
